The service

PicsFort provides technology that lets people present files from their own Google Drive as a gallery and share it using short links. Galleries run in the owner’s own Google account.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything you add to or share through your galleries and links.
• You must have the right to share it and, where needed, the consent of the people shown.
• You must follow the law and Google’s terms when using Google Drive and Apps Script.

Acceptable use

You must not use PicsFort to share illegal content, content that exploits or endangers children, harassing, hateful or abusive material, malware or phishing, content that infringes others’ rights, or private images of people without their consent. You must not try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Content and takedowns

We do not host or review gallery content and are not responsible for it. We may switch off any short link, at any time and without notice, if we receive a report, suspect misuse or are required to by law.

Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Galleries also depend on Google’s services, which we do not control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PicsFort is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for loss of data or content, or for anything arising from content shared by users or from the unavailability of third-party services.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or stop offering the service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law.
